1. Introduction
Welcome to Al-Ghani Travels International. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.
2. Services Offered
We provide travel-related services including, but not limited to:
- Hajj & Umrah packages
- International & domestic air ticketing
- Visa processing
- Hotel reservations & transport arrangements
- Customized travel packages
3. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum deposit of the total package price as specified by our representative.
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency rates, airline fares, or government regulations.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made before the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile banking, or cash at our office.
- Failure to make payments within the agreed time may result in booking cancellation without notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter, or official WhatsApp number).
- Refund eligibility and processing will follow our Refund Policy.
- Certain fees, such as airline penalties, visa fees, and service charges, are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and valid travel documents (passport, visa applications, etc.) on time.
- Any delay or refusal of travel by airlines, immigration, or any authority is the responsibility of the client.
- Clients are responsible for complying with all travel regulations, customs, and immigration rules.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, hotels, or airlines due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, political issues, airline schedule changes, or operational reasons).
- Any additional costs resulting from such changes will be borne by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Al-Ghani Travels International will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not liable for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Client information will be kept confidential and will only be used for travel arrangements and communication purposes.
- We will not share client data with third parties unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
